Even in the Oratino hatchery everything is under control, thanks to the group of Professor Iaffaldano from the DIAAA – Unimol.

Everything is going well at the Rocchetta a Volturno hatchery thanks to the help of Cristian Caruso.  

Last passage on the Volturno this morning: with both our hatcheries activated, now all we have to do is wait for the results of the fertilizations.

The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Food – Unimol (DIAAA), where – as part of our project – the first cryobank in Europe of Mediterranean trout semen was established and is operational, is actively committed to promoting and supporting the activities of research conducted by international doctoral students through the Erasmus programme.

Today on the Rio Caprionero some students from the Unimol Agricultural Sciences Aquaculture course joined us for a field exercise. Other Mediterranean trout individuals were sampled thanks also to the invaluable help of Cristian Caruso, always very helpful and capable.
